We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
Payments accepted in U.S. funds only. All online credit card purchases are processed through a secure server to protect our customers.
MINIMUM ORDERS - Orders under $20.00 require a $2.50 small order handling fee.
BACKORDERS - Generally, we will make only one (1) shipment per order. Because we want to fill your order as completely as possible we may decide to hold your order briefly for out of stock items. Cancelled items must be reordered & our normal shipping & handling charges will apply.
DAMAGES & ERRORS - All of our orders are packed carefully for shipment. If damage occurs in transit then contact the carrier who delivered your order. If we made an error please contact us within 7 days. We will correct our mistakes at our expense.
RETURNS -No returns after 30 days. Please write or call for authorization before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS on books, special orders or closeout/markdown items. Closeout/markdown items are noted on our website with a note in the description such as: 'Limited quantities available' or 'while supplies last' or 'Reduced'.
Exchanges should be treated as a new order. Please include applicable shipping charges.
